Product Management Lead, XROS Infrastructure

Job Description

Facebook Reality Labs (FRL) focuses on delivering Facebook's vision through Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR). The XROS team is focused on building the full-stack software platform that powers our future roadmap of VR and AR devices. We are looking for a Product Management Leader to grow and lead a team of product managers responsible for performance, system health, and infrastructure for the operating systems XROS supports, across VR, AR and wearables. This is a technical and data intensive role, and will involve closely managing partnerships with internal teams building devices as well as with our internal and external developer community.

Product Management Lead, XROS Infrastructure Responsibilities

* Attract, build, manage, and develop a talented, diverse, and inclusive team of product managers and product leaders working across OS performance, system health, and infrastructure

* Establish and build consensus around a mission, vision, strategy, and execution process for this team

* Drive product development from cradle to grave with a team of world-class engineers and data scientists

* Because performance is an all-hands-on-deck effort, be a champion for performance goals within the organization and across FRL

* Provide oversight and prioritization guidance to the entire organization on opportunities for improvements to critical performance goals

Minimum Qualifications

* 8+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Design

* 8+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams

* 6+ years of management experience with direct reports under your guidance and leadership

* Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience

* Experience presenting to senior executive audiences

* BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
