Job Description

The Business Systems Integrations team has the responsibility for developing scalable business applications required to take consumer hardware products to market. The various streams of applications are Marketing, e-Commerce, Order Management, Procurement, Forward Logistics, Reverse Logistics and Customer Service. We are looking for an Analytics Engineer who through data analytics will be able to define and drive analyses aimed at developing a deep and holistic understanding of business performance, growth drivers, and trends. Deep engagement with business stakeholders at all levels is needed to understand the requirements and develop business/operational dashboards to monitor business performance.

Analytics Engineer Responsibilities

* Engage with business stakeholders to understand their data visualization needs, the trends and metrics they want to monitor

* Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data visualization to see beyond the numbers and pull insights to help identify trends and opportunities to drive growth of our products and business

* Ability to develop and generate reports and dashboards as required by business stakeholders using Tableau and/or other tools

* Conduct in-depth investigations, building and leveraging large and complex data sets Inform, influence, and execute new strategies and tactics using analysis and impact metrics to support your positions

* Recommend, develop, and implement best practices for reporting, analytics, and generation of key metrics needed to report on the productivity and business performance

* Partner with the IT teams to qualify, design, build, and implement metrics and other reporting on Tableau

Minimum Qualifications

* 9+ years of experience doing quantitative and operational analyses in a supply chain, planning and fulfillment and/or marketing, e-commerce and order management organization

* Analytics experience manipulating large data sets to formulate insights and drive solutions

* Experience with data warehousing tools and data visualization tools such as Tableau

* Experience in engaging with cross-functional teams that develop data pipeline architecture, organizational metrics, insights into problems and sharing levers

* Experience in data collection, modeling and analysis

* Experience operating independently and delivering results

* Cross-functional experience, including experience leading or influencing change through data driven insights

* Communication experience including experience articulating issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
