Belanger Inc, is part of OPW VWS, a leader in the Vehicle Wash Manufacturing industry. We have immediate openings for full-time tool crib attendant roles starting at $17/hr. This is a first shift position, M-F with daily OT and Saturdays as needed to meet customer demands. We make every effort to notify employees of overtime requirements in advance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Receives, unpacks, and stores incoming tools, equipment, and materials
* Issues tools, fixtures, jaws, materials, and equipment
* Work directly with materials handlers to make sure correct materials are pulled for job
* Maintains records of tools/equipment issued and returned
* Locates lost or misplaced tools/equipment
* Work with vendors that manage inventory on site to communicate issues or areas for improvement
* Maintain inventory of fixtures and jaws for jobs
* Inspects tools and equipment for defects and wear, reports damage/wear to Machining Supervisor
* May deliver tools/equipment using hand truck or powered industrial truck
* May mark and identify tools and equipment using identification tag, stamp, or electric marking tool
* Follow 5S and FIFO procedures when stocking materials
* Physically implementing or rearranging storeroom, including labeling of bins
* Performing various daily computer activities such as, inputting daily transactions, inventory set up/maintenance, generating reports, working on spreadsheets, and timely responses to all e-mails
* Follow all company rules and policies
* Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Abilities:

* High School Degree or Equivalent
* Read and comprehend instructions, blueprints, manuals, and memos
* Obtain Power Industrial Truck license
* Basic computer understanding including updating information in ERP and databases, e-mail, and Word documents
* Read measuring tools
* Lift up to 50 pounds
* Work overtime as needed
* Use calipers for inspection

Desired Characteristics:

* Forklift experience
* Basic understanding of metrology
* Experience working with tools and measuring equipment
