Mission Statement: Revolutionizing fueling operations globally by optimizing safety, efficiency, reliability and environmental sustainability through innovative fueling handling and information management solutions.

Responsibilities:

-Assist in the daily production and assembly of small to large, light to average weight, quality, finished and assembled parts following standard procedures within the Fibrelite Molding Departments.

-Assemble and pack high quality parts in minimal time, maximizing production efficiency.

-Assist in and with the change of parts to ensure prompt shipment of product.

-Communicate with Leads, Supervisors and other Plant Management Staff, openly and effectively regarding issues that may hinder meeting production needs and goals.

-Assist in the production of assembled parts, using hand and portable tools as needed.

-Assist in monitoring inventory levels of components needed to assembly finished goods, notifying Lead and/or Supervisor when inventories are low.

-Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

-High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.

-Must be willing to work assigned schedule. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

-Must be willing and able to comply with plant safety policies. As these roles may require the handling of fiberglass and other materials, must be willing and able to wear appropriate PPE.

-Ability to listen and take direction by supervisory staff is key.

-Ability to work independently as well as work in a team environment is mandatory.

-Must be willing and able to work extended hours as business needs dictate, including weekends.

-Must possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

-Prior hands-on assembly experience is preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.

-Must be able to stand, bend, push, pull, twist, kneel and work in weather extremes.

-Must be able to work with fiberglass products.

-Must be able to wear all required PPE.
