Job Summary:

Complete electro-mechanical assembly and packaging of pumps, bridges, dryers, electrical components and related equipment in an accurate and timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Assemble assigned products per blue print, work instruction, or Team Leaders instruction.
* Package and crate equipment for shipment utilizing controlled check sheets, order status reports, etc.
* Forklift and/or aisle stacker use to transport/relocate inventory or product.
* Follow all safety and PPE requirements per established company policies.
* Operate basic hand and power tools, including pneumatic nail guns.
* Demonstrated understanding of all established Standard Operating Procedures.
* Utilize and maintain established inventory replenishment systems such as kan-ban, VMI, or CMI.
* Communicate and coordinate part shortages with Team Leaders, Production Supervisors, or Purchasing Department.
* Assist Supervisor and/or Team Leader in maintaining inventory accuracy and with maintaining 5-S program.
* Maintain a neat and clean work area.
* Focus on continuous improvements within the Company.

Experience
* Blueprint reading skills are required.
* Must possess strong mechanical aptitude.
* Previous experience using hand and power tools is preferred.
* Basic assembly skills and prior assembly experience is preferred.
* Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.
* Prior experience using Oracle is preferred.
* Prior hands-on experience with electrical components is preferred.
* Completion of basic electricity course is preferred.
* Must possess the ability to accurately interpret point-to-point wiring schematics.
* Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* Applicable technical school training or demonstrated experience is preferred for advanced assignments.
