Job Description
This position is for a Senior Quality Assurance Manager responsible for managing Quality Assurance professionals within Digital Engineering. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of software quality methodology, people management and project management.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide direction to staff for the development of test plans, test schedule, estimates, and detailed test cases to ensure adequate test coverage. Balance deployment of resources as necessary to support priorities. Ensure effective defect management and issue resolution through all test phases.
2. Oversee and manage testing effort for multiple teams Rx trains, to successfully and consistently deliver high-quality software products within budget and schedule.
3. Manage expectations and communicating effectively with business units, IT cross-functional teams, Project Management and other support staff. Conduct day-to-day management duties including interviewing, hiring, training employees, planning and assigning work, managing team performance.
4. Ensure all staff is provided with frequent feedback and coaching in order to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals consistently. Provide guidance and mentoring, and address any performance issues.
5. Manage and encourage new ideas from staff to foster improvements through innovation. Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives or best practices to identify and implement tools and utilities that enhance testing capabilities and product quality

- This position is open to candidates willing to work in one of the following CVS Health Enterprise Digital office locations to include Woonsocket RI, Denver CO, Chicago IL, New York NY, Alpharetta GA, and Scottsdale AZ.

Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in various Quality Assurance roles
5+ years of experience in a Lead/Managerial capacity
5+ years of experience with QA methodology and principles, tools, processes, and metrics
3+ years of experience in a role applying solid knowledge of software systems and a solid understanding of the potential use of technology solutions in a business environment
3+ years of experience in a role applying strong project management skills, interpersonal, people skills and facilitation skills with the ability to work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
3+ years of experience in a role applying strong verbal and written communication skills in articulating business objectives Independent decision-making and excellent analytical skills
3+ years of experience executing all aspects of the software development life cycle
5+ years of experience with Mobile Web and/or Mobile App and/or Desktop Web testing

Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare, Retail or PBM domain
Agile methodology, SAFe experience
Strong delegation skills involving prioritizing and managing projects of various size and complexity
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
5+ years with Digital (Web/Mobile) testing experience
Lead Trains within SAFe agile
Effectively collaborate and work with train leaders

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent years of experience preferred
