Job Accountabilities

Crown is currently seeking Entry Level Machine Operators at its Lancaster, Ohio facility

Starting pay $18.68 an hour

These are 12-hour swing shift positions

You MUST have a High School education or GED and be able to pass a drug screen

Key Duties / Responsibilities:

Sets up and maintains equipment
Conducts quality checks and reacts to quality issues
Communicates/interfaces with all departments
Assist in maintenance activities
Operate forklift/tow motor.
Complete daily housekeeping tasks
Attend safety and team meetings/training
Conduct monthly safe audits
Other duties as assigned

* Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
* Regularly required to communicate effectively
* Required to stand continuously for 30 60 minutes
* Must regularly lift and/ or move up to 50 pounds.
* Must be able to work up to twelve (12) hour shifts, days, nights, and weekends
* Able to be flexible and respond to the changing needs of the organization
* Fully comply with all OSHA safety rules and regulations.
* Must be committed to quality.
* Pass all Pre-Employment Testing Drug Screen
* Must have High School Education or GED
