Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The employee will be responsible for the following duties within the Production Department:

Committed to producing safe, quality food
Follow and understand production schedule.
Precision of all required shift documentation. All documentation must be filled out completely and legibly.
Responsible for minor repairs and adjustments.
Complete change over tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
Help to maintain clutter free environment throughout the Palletizer area, mop and squeegee as necessary.
Responsible for operation of stretch wrapper, changing film and correct bottle size is being staged.
Ensure the conveyors are free flowing from production ramps to Palletizer, check case codes are legible, cases are not damaged or wet with the correct palletizer pattern being utilized.
Ensure there is a steady flow of bottles coming out of the Unscrambler, feeding downstream equipment.
Communicate with off loader, production line and maintenance.
Know and perform all sanitation requirements of processing and production; following correct procedures, sanitation processes and safe us of chemicals.
Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Ensure actions are consistent with and support plant safety goals and procedures.
Will perform duties as assigned by Supervisor or Team Leader.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
