Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Individual must be capable of performing all of the following job duties as required:

* Must be able to communicate well with others.
* Inspect product for good quality and food safety.
* Collate pancakes onto high speed conveyors.
* GMPS (Good manufacturing practices), which include the use of high pressure hot water / chemical cleaning equipment and general housekeeping duties such as mopping, sweeping, etc.
* Follow all company standard of conduct expectation.
* Responsible for adhering to Quality Assurance standards.
* Must be able to work overtime as needed.
* Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, and/or diagram form is essential.

Education and / or Experience:

High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and extreme heat and cold. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and toxic or caustic chemicals. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places and may lift up to 50 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
