Job Description

JOB DUTIES (INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

* Perform job with utmost Caution and Safety. Ensure no Safety incidents to Self or Others
* Operate automated blending system to produce daily scheduled production, within quality specifications and operating standards
* Understand all equipment located within six floors of automated blending tower
* Gain necessary proficiency for entering required data in SAP
* Capable of performing a complete wet wash of all equipment in the area, including sock and filter changes
* Record production data on a daily basis
* Capable of performing pre-blend and manual blending
* Maintain auto blend equipment and operator room in a sanitary condition
* Transfer rework and whey to blending tower as required
* Drive forklift. Follow safety guidelines. Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
* Participate in plant wide CPS initiatives
* Regular, reliable attendance is necessary
* Adhere to direction set by Crew Coordinators
* Responsible for Food Safety and Quality

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS/PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:

* Demonstrated Excellent Safety Performance. Accident/Incident-free behavior preferred.
* Heavy manual lifting
* Climb six flights of steps
* Write clearly and legibly
* Add and subtract accurately in filling out reports
* Quickly react to changing blending conditions
