Job Summary

We are looking for a technical analyst who can utilize their innovative vision by using their skills and imagination to provide business intelligence services and solutions to the Conagra Brands Organization. This position will be a member of an intellectual Business Intelligent and Analytics team, a part of the Conagra Brands Global Business Services Automation Center of Excellence.

Position Responsibilities

* Interpret data with various levels of problem solving and demonstrates ability to tell a story of the results
* Identify problems and opportunities, recommending solutions
* Design reporting and metrics; provide analysis that drives action / resolution
* Present findings that drive understanding, alignment, and informed decision making
* Participates in problem resolution that improves business processes
* Accommodates internal and external customer requests
* Partner across functions and with various levels within the organization
* Design business processes and recommend improvements
* Exercise judgment in financial, operational or transactional analysis to identify and help resolve issues
* Provide team guidance and training support
* Summarizes and communicates recommendations to leadership
* Demonstrates ability to work both independently and in a cross functional team
* Works across geographies and cultures
* Practices influence and peer collaboration; gets work done through others
* Escalation contact for internal and external partners.

Position Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree required with 3-5 years related business experience.
* Ability to analyze business requirements and integrate them into key business intelligence processes. Technical skills aptitude that allow for ease in learning new business processes, data models and solution tools.
* Well versed in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
* Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software experience including Automation Anywhere or UiPath.
* Deep knowledge and demonstrated experience with Microsoft PowerBI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
* Preferred exposure to ERP applications, (e.g. SAP R3, BI and Business Objects)
* Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Hands on experience creating self-service tools/dashboards used to perform what-if analysis, predict future outcomes and highlight drivers of business results
* Expert in writing SQL queries to perform data analysis and/or produce reports for business usage.
* R, Python or other language used for statistical modeling and/or machine learning a plus.
* Ability to manage several projects and tasks with a high level of accuracy.
* Strong leadership, organizational and project management skills.
