Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a Front End Java Software Engineer with experience in ReactJS and a passion for application design and development. In this role, you will work on a team of software technologists that collaborate to deliver innovative solutions to complex problems.

Candidate should have

* A passion for healthcare and the potential for technology to improve peoples' lives
* The aptitude to deliver enterprise or customer-facing applications in a variety of scenarios
* Experience in helping distilling complex ideas into a design and implementation plan, and then implementing it
* The ability to understand, change, influence software development and business processes

Tasks and Responsibilities

* Provide technical leadership and delivery over components of benefits applications. Will be responsible for the design and development of Front End benefits applications.
* Collaborate with TPOs, BPOs and other software engineers to analyze requirements and design optimal solutions for user friendly, efficient front-end applications.
* Ability to communicate with users, understand their existing business problems and iteratively propose, refine and implement solutions
* Leveraging our policies and procedures in our development process.

Qualifications

* At least 3+ years experience writing single-page apps that interact with REST APIs
* Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript, ReactJS, Redux
* Experience with wireframing (draw.io, Balsamiq)
* Knowledge of XState, Pre-processors like LESS or SASS, Unit testing frameworks like Jest, design patterns
* Experience with technologies like Github, Jenkins
* Working knowledge of Cloud services (AWS, Azure etc.)
* Collaborate and partner with business, IT and developers to find the best solution possible.
