The Industrial Power Solutions Division has an exciting opportunity for an Industry Representative located in Seguin, Texas. As an Industry Representative at Caterpillar, you will serve as divisional expert within Oil and Gas responsible for the development and execution of aftermarket marketing to drive services growth. The role of this assignment is served as a subject matter expert to sell ideas are being developed, either as an individual or as a team. Must be able to communicate effectively across product, industry, dealer and/or customer audiences to gain understanding of customer value added service. Leadership in creation and development of parts marketing and product communications.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
* Marketing strategy to improve awareness and loyalty to existing service offerings
* Support services growth through development of products marketing
* Delivering new aftermarket products and offering globally or regionally
* Gathering and providing VOC and VOD on aftermarket product offerings
* Partner with product groups to align aftermarket strategies
* Plan and execute an aftermarket services content strategy that drives high engagement
* Developing, Coordinating and Presenting Parts Marketing materials
* Assist with Promotional Strategy and Coordination
* Segmenting, targeting and positioning market opportunities to gain market share
* Support overall Caterpillar Parts brand initiatives
Basic Qualifications:
* College degree or equivalent marketing/product experience.
* 3 years or more job-related experience
* Strong communication, presentation and organization skills
* Proficiency in data analysis
* Accomplished in the use of business tools for communicating ideas
* Strong project management skills
Top Candidates will also have:
* Product support background or industry knowledge
* Ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders
* Previous 6 Sigma Black Belt experience
* Demonstrated ability to lead content marketing campaigns
