The Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) Operations Control team has a new opportunity for a Business Risk & Control Sr. Associate within the Governance and Reporting Function. This role will support the implementation of an effective governance and reporting program. They will help set up the appropriate risk and control committee structure and coordinate/prepare accurate and timely committee reporting. This role will help design and implement core and common reporting practices as required for the WIM Operations Control Team. They will also support governance and reporting program implementation for WIM Operations Control as well as partner and support Enterprise Operations control team for their reporting needs. The person in this role will require a high attention to detail and accuracy along with multiple reporting skills, including the ability to discern key information from large reporting packages and summarize for executive consumption. Exceptional written and verbal communication is required for the role, with particular emphasis on the ability to provide an appropriate level of detail based on the audience.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Provide timely, accurate, and actionable reporting for use in leadership decision making
* Support WIM Operations Control risk/control reporting initiatives
* Produce materials summarizing committee and executive level reports
* Evolve committee materials and reporting to ensure they are relevant
* Provide support to WIMs Committee Governance team
* Design and implement reports and dashboards across various topics and define required supporting data architecture
* Review ad-hoc reporting requests periodically and recommend self-service tools or canned reports to reduce workloads
* Define requirements for and test data sources for reporting
* Manipulate and process large datasets using analytical and reporting features of multiple tools
* Participate in cross-functional project teams and provide guidance and training to teams in asking appropriate questions, interpreting data, and translating into action

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in risk management (includes compliance, financial crimes, operational risk, audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, IT systems security, business process management) or 5+ years of financial services industry experience, of which 3+ years must include direct experience in risk management demonstrated through work or military experience

* Advanced Microsoft Office skills
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Other Desired Qualifications
* Knowledge and understanding of Wealth and Investment Management Operations
* Experience in financial services industry
* Project management/implementation experience
* Understanding of enterprise risk management framework including risk identification, risk appetite and strategy, risk-related decisions, processes and controls, risk analytics and governance
* Working knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) concepts and policies across risk types (regulatory, financial crimes, credit, operational, etc.)
* Ability to conceptualize, develop, and deliver quality analysis and highly actionable management information
* Prior working knowledge of Operational Risk Tools and reporting is highly desired
* Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis
* Ability to restructure data into multiple views
* Strong reporting skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong drive, curiosity, and willingness to research and learn across data, processes, products, and risks
* Working knowledge and experience with SHRP (Shared Risk Platform) Tool
* Ability to adapt to change effectively in a complex, matrixed environment
* Proven ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines

Job Expectations
* Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Salary Information
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

NC-Charlotte: Min: $80,500 Mid: $115,000
MO-Saint Louis: Min: $80,500 Mid: $115,000
