Galliard Capital Management is seeking a Client Service Consultant 1 to join the Fund Direct Support team primarily completing the monthly omnibus reconciliation process and deliverables required by the Wells Fargo Institutional Retirement Trust team (IRT).

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The Client Service Consultant 1 role will reconcile holdings and other key details of many of the largest platforms that trade in our Funds via National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC). These platforms process daily trades for their clients in our Funds via omnibus accounts. The Client Service Consultant 1 will ensure that the materials necessary to complete the reconciliation are received in good order, perform the reconciliation timely, resolve differences timely, ensure agreements are established for clients investing in the fund and report the status to key stakeholders.

Additional responsibilities may include:

* Supporting internal and external customers by providing support services in account management, operations, documentation, customer service and reporting
* Facilitating and processing plan conversions with our external parties (e.g. plans moving to new record keepers or share class within our Fund)
* Facilitating and Onboarding new investors
* System maintenance and support on firms proprietary system
* Researching and resolving customer inquiries
* Reviewing time sensitive and moderately complex documents
* Revising departmental procedures
* Training others as a back-up and being trained as back-up for other employees
* Maintaining documented procedures.

Required Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: client services, financial services, or call center, demonstrated through work, military, or education

* Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to understand client concerns, questions, and problems then identify appropriate solutions
* Basic Microsoft Office skills
* Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
* Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
* A BS/BA degree or higher
* Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry
* Knowledge and understanding of accounting principles: general ledger reconciliation
