The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Business Enablement and Control Adoption group provides oversight and guidance to ensure execution of the major initiatives across the Enterprise within the Identity and Access Management domain by providing strategic thought leadership to the problems/tasks to create effective outcomes; providing leadership; and working to drive to quick and efficient operational practices to accomplish goals.

Responsible for leading cross functional/virtual teams to plan and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives that are larger in scope and complexity. Examples might include, but are not limited to: Technology onboarding coordination, executive management review coordination, process improvement and redesign, change management initiatives. Partners to provide integration/implementation of programs/services/initiatives with cross functional business partners, recognizing the significance of competing priorities and strategies, and adjusting
as necessary. May develop metrics and tracking to evaluate performance of programs, services and initiatives. Ensures plans/programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations.

We are searching for an IAM Control Adoption Lead who will enable the execution of significant initiatives driven out of Identity and Access Management Programs and ensure ongoing Identity and Access Management Sustainability. This position will support the Technology organization in knowledge and alignment with key initiatives, including but not limited to Application Onboarding to the Identity and Access Management approved control solutions for policy compliance. This position requires the ability to work independently as well as part of a team with concurrent work streams in process. To be successful the candidate should have IAM Implementation experience and the ability to manage efforts and initiatives with an aptitude to continuously evaluate business processes to determine gaps, risks and opportunities. Accordingly, critical success factors will include the ability to manage effectively in a matrixed organization, develop partnerships with many business and functional areas, and have a strong system analysis focus.

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of business systems analysis or design experience as demonstrated through work, military, or education

Desired Qualifications
* Knowledge and understanding of operation work flows/processes
* Knowledge and understanding of governance and compliance expected from providing solutions in systems and technology domains
* 2+ years of business systems analysis or design experience
* 2+ years of change management experience
* Risk analysis and quantification experience
* Client relationship management experience
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
* Knowledge and understanding of full life cycle application development
* Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
* Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions
* Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
* Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
* Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills
* Advanced Microsoft Visio skills
* Knowledge and understanding of SharePoint
* Ability to facilitate meetings among remote resources
* Ability to present to multiple levels of management

Other Desired Qualifications
* Identity and Access Management experience preferred
* Regulatory and compliance experience
* Ability to manage large complex cross-matrix organization that includes: multiple business, technology and risk disciplines; the development of the strategy for Access Management; and implementation of roadmaps for the Enterprise
* Experience with process consistency and implementation
* Skilled in portfolio status and issue report generation, tracking, identification/resolutions and frequent status reporting through delivery
* Past Wells Fargo and/or Wachovia experience
