Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) is one of the United States leading providers of financial and investment services. The WIM Chief Administrative Office (CAO) and Transformation within Wells Fargos Wealth and Investment Management division offers process and program management for a variety of initiatives across the Wells Fargo footprint. Primarily, the group is responsible for leading the WIM Chief Administrative Office, which has multiple teams focused on the strategy, execution, governance, risk, and support of cross-WIM programs and initiatives, including the Next Generation of WIM.

As part of WIM's Chief Administrative Office, the Remediation Support team provides coordination, planning, execution, and communications support to initiatives driven by the Wells Fargo and Wealth Investment Management (WIM) regulatory environment and internal policies. In order to support and progress initiatives, the team collaborates with WIM business leaders, compliance, and legal partners to identify cross functional teams to research and resolve open issues, and particularly issues involving a customer remediation. The Remediation Support team focuses on facilitating the execution of WIM Customer Remediations and ensuring compliance with Customer Remediation policy and governance as well as Communications governance processes.

The team is seeking a talented, organized, experienced individual to partner with WIM Private Wealth Management, Wells Fargo Asset Management, and Trust Services Group business leaders to effectively progress, communicate, and execute customer remediation initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit timelines.

Specific responsibilities include the following:

* Facilitate cross functional teams across WIM to progress and complete customer remediation execution in accordance with policy and governance processes
* In partnership with WIM Customer Remediation Coordinators, identify and engage appropriate stakeholders for business/product, legal, compliance, risk, operations, tax, field, and client communications, and customer remediation governance to progress execution and completion of remediation efforts
* Organize, facilitate, and track activities, and provide status updates and support to senior executives as needed on individual customer remediation efforts
* Engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet aggressive deadlines amid shifting priorities
* Collaborate effectively with external and internal customers and partners
* Ensure all initiatives follow the applicable Enterprise and WIM policies such as the Issue Management, Customer Remediation, and Regulatory Change Management policies
* Bridge differences between parties to come to effective solutions

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in risk management (includes compliance, financial crimes, operational risk, audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, IT systems security, business process management) or 5+ years of financial services industry experience, of which 3+ years must include direct experience in risk management demonstrated through work or military experience

Other Desired Qualifications
* Experience executing Customer Remediation efforts and initiatives
* Minimum of a Bachelors degree in a technology, finance, or other business related field
* Technical understanding of specific WIM, Wealth Management, and Abbot Downing Bank Fiduciary business operations, processes, and products (including collective funds)
* Experience coordinating and implementing new or changed rules and regulations across a line of business to include technology changes, communication, policy changes, and training
* Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communications skills with an ability to interact effectively with stakeholders to include virtual, matrixed leadership experience and the ability to effectively manage and build relationships within the business and enterprise control function
* Proven leadership and project management skills to drive alignment across stakeholder groups to develop and deliver repeatable end to end regulatory solutions and controls aligned with business/customer processes
* Ethical integrity and demonstrated ability to assess and determine when to raise concerns and escalate
* Strong analytical ability used to identify risks and confidently raise issues, escalate early, and engage in constructive credible challenge, and do so independently when necessary
* Understanding of WIM functions and fiduciary activities in a bank environment, strongly preferred
* Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities
* Knowledge, understanding, and experience with project management principles: tracking deliverables and coordinating tasks and activities; managing issues and risks; driving to achievement of objectives
