Within Operations, our Enterprise Wire Services team processes voice initiated wire requests, outgoing and incoming exception items from all wire channels, transfers on behalf of our Global Financial Institution customers, and a variety of risk-related functions. As a combined organization, Enterprise Wire Services supports the processing of 66 million transactions annually.

Enterprise Wires Services is currently seeking a Research/Remediation Rep 3.

A Research/Remediation rep is responsible for supporting Domestic and International Correspondent Bank Customers who utilize our Global Payments Services. Research and resolve Wire Transfer inquiries in Foreign Currency and US dollar payments for internal/external clients. Analyze and resolve inquiries, which may result in processing a payment or making an adjustment through various International systems. Trouble shoot questions and escalations received via our email box. Maintain or exceed the quality standard while meeting/exceeding the production standards set forth by management.

Duties include but not limited to:

Communicate with clients regarding account questions relating to USD and Foreign Exchange (FX) Wire Transfer transactions through SWIFT, Fed Service Message, Telephone or Email Analyze, research and resolve problems identified by internal and external customers.

Schedule is Monday-Friday, hours may vary depending upon business needs. Normal operating hours are 8am-8pm EST.

Required Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in financial services products in one or a combination of the following: disputes, claims resolution, or fraud resolution

Desired Qualifications
* Basic Microsoft Office skills
* Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Knowledge and understanding of wire or FX investigations
* 1+ year of banking industry experience
* 1+ year of wire payments or transfers experience
* Ability to achieve high production and quality standards
* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
* Foreign exchange experience
* Strong alpha-numeric data entry skills

Other Desired Qualifications
* Experience with Mainframe applications, SVP, HOGAN, MTS, PEGA, Intellimatch, and Microsoft Office tools.
