Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions to businesses across the United States and globally. Our four major business lines include Corporate & Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and Wells Fargo Commercial Capital. We also have groups in credit risk, group risk, finance, marketing, human relations, and the Wholesale Chief Operating Office that support our businesses.

Digital Solutions for Business (DS4B) is part of the Treasury Management business division. The Digital Solutions for Business team manages customer-facing digital channels on behalf of all Wholesale lines of businesses and several enterprise digital channels. The Role:

The Digital Consultant will be responsible for supporting digital strategy, design, and delivery of the Commercial Banking, Corporate and Investment banking transformation. Specifically, this role will involve:

Business Management

* Establish and maintain relationships with the key business and technology stakeholders on product capabilities and priorities
* Defining the roadmap from early prototypes, through minimum viable product (MVP), to the first and subsequent releases.
* Work within the product budget established in consultation with business sponsors and product-line management by balancing resources across customer and market research, competitive analysis, vision development, and prototyping, but primarily to sustain product teams to deliver and maintain the product.
* Work with key stakeholders to make frequent and dynamic prioritization decisions based on the latest product analytics, product team metrics and customer feedback. Define, track and communicate key product performance indicators as required to inform this process, and track business results.
* Bring the product to market by ensuring the firm is prepared to deliver and service the product throughout its life cycle.

Product Delivery Management

* Act as the keeper (and communicator) of the vision to translate the product strategy and vision developed with business stakeholders into what the product team must bear in mind every day to ensure they are building the right product.
* Define the product roadmap based on business outcomes.
* Delivering the digital customer centric vision and implementation that will significantly improve the customer and team member experience
* Developing prototypes and MVPs to test hypothesis
* Operating as primary interface between business, tech, ops, risk, legal and compliance to drive digital solutions

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business units risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting

Desired Qualifications
* A BS/BA degree or higher
* Experience in product management, business analysis, marketing, operations and/or strategic/consulting in a consumer oriented, technology dependent environment, in financial services or related industries
* Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department
* Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
* Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities
* Knowledge and understanding of product or program management: development of roadmaps, strategies, and management of products ranging from concepts in ideation through to market delivery
* Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies: used in waterfall or Agile development projects
* Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
* Knowledge and understanding of internet, mobile, and tablet technology

Other Desired Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience in financial services or other regulated industries
* 3+ years of experience working in or with lean and agile software delivery teams
* 3+ years of experience working with design professionals within the design thinking process to include assisting in user experience design.
* Wholesale or commercial banking experience
* Familiarity with the principles of design thinking in a lean and agile software delivery environment Experience managing large transformation programs and multidisciplinary teams
* Strong understanding of business transformation, digital, information architecture, software build, design thinking and service design techniques
* Ability to navigate ambiguity with an entrepreneurial mindset, create shared vision, inspire collaboration, and drive change with momentum
* Consulting or agency experience managing large, complex, multidimensional projects
* Experience of engaging executives and other stakeholders to support important business decisions

Job Expectations
* Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Salary Information
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

CA-SF-Financial District: Min: $126,000 Mid: $180,000
MA-Boston: Min: $126,000 Mid: $180,000
NC-Charlotte: Min: $105,000 Mid: $150,000
