Job Summary:

This highly creative position includes being Disney Television Studios lead talent relations executive across its more than sixty productions, its chief events planner and its team leader on special projects. Comfort and poise around talent and producers a must; the ability to conceive and curate events from small mixers to large awards parties required; sophisticated taste and ability to spot and predict trends essential; leadership and communication skills and the ability to navigate multiple businesses a must. Candidate will have the ability to lead teams on projects

Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a talent relations and events team, as well as partner with awards team and studio publicity executives.
* Working closely with senior leadership and key executives across multiple business units on strategic business objectives.
* Establish and build relationships with key talent and producers as well as facilitate building of relationships between talent and our senior management and executives.
* Oversee and execute gifting program to talent and producers.
* Serve as point of contact for charitable requests, promotions and talent philanthropy asks.
* Execute events for ABC Signature, 20th Television, 20th Animation which include milestones, awards screenings, talent mixers, staff appreciation events, festival parties as well as celebrations timed to Emmys, Golden Globes and other industry tentpoles.
* Partner with talent relations and events executives across Disney as well as industrywide on shared priorities.
* Brainstorm and execute team building opportunities for executives, producers and talent.
* Relay and manage flow of confidential information regarding significant events in talent and producers lives.

Required Education
