Role: Lead Manager, Integrated Marketing
Business Unit: Retirement Plan Services (RPS)
Team: B2B Marketing, Marketing and Client Experience
Responsibilities
* Responsible for the design and implementation of multi-touch awareness and demand gen programs, working closely with B2B marketing partners to translate GTM plans into integrated promotional strategies that align with enterprise Retirement Brand Messaging.
* Develops promotional and campaign strategies that that align with the needs and preferences of RPS target audiences in a structured, repeatable, scalable and ongoing timely manner across multiple channels.
* Implements agile campaign methodology to follow marketing efforts and drive program results, continuously innovating and exploring new ways to get maximum MROI, while improving the volume and quality of marketing-delivered leads for segments aligned to the RPS strategy.
Deliverables
* Promotional plans and executed multi-touch, multi-channel marketing programs
* Earned media strategy, partnering with key stakeholders across the enterprise to produce bylines, drive media mentions and secure interviews and speaking engagements
* Owned media - blog posts, social and web content, white papers, infographics, podcasts, videos, one-pagers, etc.

Qualifications
Required
* Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
5+ years of total relevant work experience
Preferred
* Advanced marketing degree
* Adobe Marketing technologies Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Test and Target
* Salesforce (or similar CRM technologies)
* Experience with business to business marketing
* Financial Services Industry experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly-energized and creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into actionable plans
* Motivated individuals, with a strong drive for business results
* Digital advertising experience, including social
* Experience in managing PR strategies closely with internal or external PR partners with proven results
* Experience in managing integrated marketing programs encompassing earned media and owned marketing channels
* Strong quantitative skills; ability to analyze data for insights; ability to act on the insights
* Detail-oriented, organized with the ability to lead complex projects
* Ability to stay focused on goals in a dynamic and constantly changing environment
* A positive attitude, with key skills in collaboration and cross functional team leadership

* 7 years relevant marketing experience (i.e. marketing manager, website/social/earned strategy, marketing automation, marketing operations, content development/management)
