Overview

An exciting and rewarding nursing career awaits you in our 21 bed Surgical Intensive Care Unit. The Reading Hospital is a Level I Trauma Center and has a rapidly expanding Cardiothoracic and Neurosurgical Programs. Experience working with a variety of different, complex patient populations including surgical trauma patients, cardiothoracic, neurosurgical, and general surgical patients. Become a part of our team of talented nurses practicing within a dynamic, patient centered, highly technical patient care area. Nurses within our Surgical ICU are an integral part of the multidisciplinary team and ensure the delivery of quality, nursing care. For a limited time only, Reading Hospital will be offering an RN Sign-On Bonus, $10,000 total payout, for new hires in select areas. To qualify, you must have at least 18 months of RN work experience. $3,000 payouts in 6, 12 and 18 months

Must maintain FTE of 0.6 or higher in a Bonus eligible unit and $1,000 in first check.
