Key focus of this role is to manage coordination and development of Creative projects supporting Tmall, China and 3PP. Track photoshoot planning, asset development, page layouts, new digital experiences, updated platform functionality, gifting supplies, and development/production of TOAs and specialty kits. Position will help to develop and produce designs, keep track of project timelines and field communication between global teams and the regions/affiliates.
TMALL/CHINA/3PP - 30%
- Assist 2D Design lead in tracking deliverables and approvals for assets, page layouts, new digital experiences and updated platform functionality. Help to define priorities and keep an accurate list of projects at hand.
- Work with Online, China and Global Marketing and Content teams to anticipate upcoming projects and identify potential resourcing gaps.
- Coordinate communication between Global and China Creative teams to ensure clear, accurate and consistent communication that defines expectations, timelines and alignment of tasks between the two teams.
- As other 3PP platforms launch, this role will also track creative responsibilities and requests for those platforms.
GIFTING SUPPLIES, TOAS, AND SPECIALTY KITS - 15%
- Manage a bi-annual offering of Gifting supplies by confirming the list of items with Packaging, VM and Marketing, creating and posting the offering on GMW, issuing the complete order to the procurement teams and ensuring correct quantities, costs, production specifications, delivery locations and timelines are communicated accurately to all cross-functional teams and markets.
- Coordinate with Packaging design to develop all gifting collateral to support every day, special occasions and holidays.
- Develop and track timelines for the design and production of TOAs and specialty kits as approved and requested by Global Product Marketing and Globe Com. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet the business requirements and cost targets, while ensuring that quality is to TFB's high standards.
PHOTOGRAPHY - 20%
- Manage production of photography assets to support 4-5 Tmall/China programs each fiscal year.
- Liaise with China, APAC, Global Marketing and TFI production teams to ensure regular, clear and effective communication of Creative milestones, deliverables, tasks and priorities. Escalate issues and conflicts to Creative Director and Creative Ops VP as necessary.
- Track submission and approval of photo brief, procure product for photography, coordinate timeline and deliverables through post-production, approval of retouching, delivery of final assets, and release of crops/grids to regions.
PROCESS - 35%
- Setup and enforce Wrike project management tool workflow and process to ensure accuracy of communication and effective planning. Ensure Wrike blueprints, approval queues, dashboards and reports are all effective tools for designers and operations teams using them to track the above-mentioned projects and tasks.
- Continuously review Standard Operating Procedures to find efficiencies and adapt to new requirements and priorities.
- Maintain accurate project trackers and ensure teams aware and clear of current and upcoming requests/responsibilities.
- Assist Creative Ops Director and VP to highlight issues that require elevation and provide potential solutions for them.
- Organize and lead status meetings with Creative Design, China Creative, Globe Com, Product Marketing and Indirect Procurement in support of all current projects.
Qualifications
Excellent organization, problem solving and communication skills. Advanced knowledge of project management processes. Ability to build strong professional relationships and provide exceptional customer service to a large team. Working knowledge of digital production as well as a basic understanding of print production. Ability to work in a very fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Experience in fashion and beauty is preferred, but not required.
