Position Summary:

Director Digital Transformation is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop new digital capabilities, platforms and breakthrough business models that enhance the customer's omnichannel experience and drive transactions across online, salons and stores.

Job Description:

Lead a cross-functional team with members from online, store operations, creative, visual merchandising, sales and finance to develop new digital capabilities, platforms and breakthrough business models that enhance the customer's omnichannel experience and drive transactions across online, salons and stores.

Lead the planning and development process for new digital capabilities, platforms and business models with cross-functional team members and outside agencies as needed.

Develop project management timelines capturing critical milestones, key due dates, responsibilities and KPIs. Schedule and lead project planning meetings with cross-functional team members, issue meeting summaries and action items and ensure all project deliverables are executed on time and on budget as agreed to in the statement of work.

Direct each phase of the internal and external project approval process. Manage all project development documentation requirements and creative requests.

Develop and oversee the pilot process to test and validate new digital capabilities and business models with defined KPIs and testing methodology to evaluate success before roll out. Leverage learnings from pilots to optimize platforms prior to global rollout.

Lead the roll out of new digital capabilities, platforms and business models with Regions and Affiliates for local implementation and execution to include detailed project timelines, roadmaps and day to day project management.

Serve as a hub for Regions and International Affiliates for digital capabilities. Support local teams with the roll out of new digital capabilities.

Develop dashboards and KPIs for all new digital capabilities, platforms and business models. Conduct ongoing analysis of dashboards with regions to identify optimizations for ongoing enhancements and improvements.

Collaborate with regions, corporate business partners, technology partners and other stakeholders to develop and maintain road maps and status documents to ensure the corporate omnichannel process is maintained.

Conduct competitive analysis, industry research and the assessment of industry best practices, particularly as it relates to the beauty industry and the latest omnichannel technology, to inform the development and optimization of digital platforms and experiences.

Collaborate with Consumer Insights and Corporate DTIG and Omnichannel teams to leverage insights and emerging technology to inform the development and optimization of projects.

Manage agency relationships for assigned projects including day-to-day production, budgets and timelines.

Track budget, vendor invoices and reconcile cost center expenses at the end of each month to ensure projects are delivered within the approved budget.

Experience with Jira, Confluence, Basecamp and Trello.

Perform other duties as needed/assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in related field, MBA Preferred

Minimum Years of Experience: 8+ years' experience in digital marketing or the development of digital capabilities with an emphasis on customer experience and at least 2 years' experience in omnichannel
