Position Summary

The role will be part of the People Services Global Equity Service Line team, with responsibility for supporting the operations and administration of the Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) global equity programs, audits and processes. This includes, but is not limited to, completing audits, executing payouts, executing the granting of equity awards, responding to inquiries, and all other equity operations related ad-hoc requests.

Detailed Position Responsibilities

* Administration and basic understanding of equity components of the BMS Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Program: manage calculation and processing of long-term incentive grants, and payouts, including administering accruals/payments, driving the LTI nomination process, communicating with managers on LTI programs and guidelines
* Provides on-going operational support to the Global Equity Service Line team on all monthly, quarterly and annual LTI deliverables (vesting and granting)
* Reviews all daily and weekly indicative demographic and tax error files output from Fidelity and ensure all corrections and updates are processed on time and accurately
* Maintains and reviews all documentation relating to the Global Equity operations deliverable process
* Supports coordination and delivery of all quarterly and annual audit and SOX compliance requests, ensuring all requests are met within required deadline
* Works with external vendor (Fidelity & Equiniti) to generate equity administration on-going management and legal reports as required
* Calculates pro-rata restricted stock shares for employees upon request for retention and new-hire offers
* Supports the monthly, quarterly and annual equity shares and funds reconciliation process; working closely with Finance and Accounting
* Works with BMS tax vendor to confirm that tax information used in the processing of equity is current and accurate; act as a liaison between the Global Talent Mobility & Immigration Services team and Fidelity to ensure the accurate and timely processing of awards for mobile employees
* Maintains in-depth understanding of all BMS Equity process and programs Maintains day-to-day vendor and third-party relationships with Fidelity, PwC, KPMG and Equiniti to support the equity program and its administration.
* Maintains expertise in navigating/reporting within the Fidelity system for equity
* Monitors and reviews all BMS Service Now cases assigned to Global Equity, serves as primary point of contact in all related case issues

Additional Skills and Responsibilities:

* Basic knowledge of all Equity products (RSU, PSU, Options)
* Knowledge of Equity processes
* Basic understanding of the stock market,
* Experience working with Finance and Accounting,..
* Solution oriented with ability to think outside the box

Desired Experience

Must have requirements:

* 1-2 years in one or more of equity administrations or compensation operations experience
* Demonstrated analytical abilities, high attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work with a sense of urgency and effectively in a fast-paced environment successfully managing multiple competing tasks and priorities
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within internal and external team environments
* Knowledge of Workday or ability to quickly learn and use Workday and other related systems and applications
* Technical skills include Intermediate Excel, Power point
* Capability to leverage Workday knowledge for integrations as it applies to: Human Capital Management, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Compensation, Equity and Talent Organization Effectiveness.
* Ability to gain a thorough understanding of the BMS HR Services solution and the people who support it.

Ideal Candidates Would Also Have:

* Experience working with Fidelity stock plan system or Equity Vendor
* CEP or working towards CEP
