Role Overview

* Salesforce is a dynamic and fast-paced company that is looking for a strong program manager to help drive the success of customers, partners and employees through programs that drive the adoption of our products.

* This individual will need excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross functionally to ensure world class execution of key product adoption programs and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead cross-functional teams by providing programmatic infrastructure for the impactful execution of key adoption programs and strategic initiatives for flagship products and features.

* Orchestrate a flawlessly executed game plan for programs and initiatives that include detailed workback schedules that incorporate internal and external communications, campaigns, events, product development, and enablement.

* Develop trusted relationships with team members across the organization who are working on product adoption to build alignment, drive focus on the program objectives, and ensure accountability for their responsibilities.

* Collaborate with leaders and the larger adoption team to define goals and metrics of success so progress can be assessed and changes made when needed.

* Utilize internal tools and agile mindset to create a collaborative environment that fosters autonomy, transparency, mastery, innovation, learning, and promotes continuous improvement.

* Anticipate and aggressively remove obstacles that slow down or prevent programs from delivering on their objectives.

* Seek to continuously improve programs by proactively seeking and embracing constructive feedback.

Experience/Skills Required:

* Results-oriented, dynamic program manager who can develop, execute and measure the impact of programs and initiatives.

* Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills conducive to collaboration.

* Proven experience working effectively with individuals at all levels of the business, and with teams across multiple departments and functions.

* Detail oriented by nature with 5+ years of strong program management skills.

* Clearly demonstrated organizational and time management skills with a track record for successfully managing multiple initiatives/projects/programs simultaneously

* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail oriented game plans.

* Ability to operate under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines.

* Creative thinker that independently generates and executes on innovative ideas.

* Demonstrated track record of being a self-starter and risk-taker.

* Dynamic, articulate, and confident individual with ability to successfully drive projects to completion.

* Team player works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded.

* Strong command of Salesforce products and knowledge of Salesforce solutions.

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
