Manager, Business Development Associates:

As a Business Development Associate Manager, you will be managing and developing a team of Business Development Associates across North America who are training for a Career in Sales. You will help to build out the ever-evolving Onboarding, Enablement and overall Operations of the program, all while providing hands-on coaching to ensure that the BDAs are ready to take the next step in their Sales Careers here at Salesforce. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders and various Corporate resources for recruiting, hiring and promoting your team to success.

As a Manager, you will be pivotal in the development of the foundational skills that make the BDAs successful in Sales. You will be responsible for ensuring that they meet these core competencies: an understanding of the Salesforce Platform and Processes, Sales and Business Acumen, Professionalism, and a Competitive Drive for Success.

Responsibilities:

* Train & develop BDAs into sales-ready candidates for future Sales Development roles

* Motivate Individuals and Team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives

* Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency, Productivity

* Regularly report on Team/Individual Results

* Work closely with Recruiting to reach hiring and promotion targets

* Continue to improve Onboarding and Enablement programs for continued growth

Required Skills:

* 3-5 years of experience in software sales, preferably in CRM or enterprise applications, with a consistent record of overachievement of quota expectations

* Strong leadership capabilities

* Prior experience working within the Software/Infrastructure/Platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) space

* Consultative selling and closing experience

* Demonstrated operations and project management skills

* Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, team environment

* Has a strong drive for results

* Strong organizational, engagement and communication skills

* Can collaborate and influence in a win as a team environment

* Strong business acumen

* A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
