As a Retirement Specialist in our Mutual Funds area, youu2019ll assist customers by answering inbound phone inquiries about their accounts and help them take action. In this fast paced, high energy environment, helping people is not only rewarding, but our number one priority!

* Answering questions about our shareholderu2019s accounts.n
* Sharing knowledge on mutual fund investments.n
* Educating our clients on IRAu2019s and Non-Qualified accounts.n
* Taking requests to process transactions over the phone or help to fill out our forms.nn

Qualificationsnn
* Associates degree or equivalent customer service experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred.n
* FINRA Series 6 licensing will be required within the first 6 months.n
* Strong communication and customer service skills.n
* Results-oriented individuals who can work well in a team environment.n
* Ability to maintain strict confidentiality guidelines, multitask and attention to detail.n
* Basic computer skills with ability to efficiently navigate within numerous software and web applications.n
* Ability to acquire proven understanding of business unit products, processes and systems.nn

The hours of operation for this department are 7:00 am - 7:00pm, Monday - Friday. To be available to our customers, you would be available during these timeframes and may be required to work non-traditional hours.n
