A Facility Maintenance person is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the warehouse and building, mechanical equipment, coordination of third party vendors as applicable, and any fixtures (permanent and temporary) usually associated with a multi-temperature warehouse and general office areas and other duties as assigned.
Position Responsibilities:
* General building maintenance
* General equipment maintenance
* Coordination with vendors.
* Other projects or duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications General knowledge of electrical, carpentry/ fabrication, plumbing, and hydraulic systems.
Experience with overhead garage door and spring replacement
General knowledge of OSHA requirements in a warehouse environment.
High school diploma or GED.
4+ years general facility maintenance.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to be forklift certified.
Must be willing to work any shift, and/or be on-call for emergency repairs.
Position must pass a post offer drug test and background check. Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of HVAC operations.
