In general, the Stamping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the receiving, inventory, balancing of tax stamps, stamping, and stocking of cigarettes at a specific branch. Also, the Stamping Supervisor is responsible to see that returned cigarettes are placed back into stock and the correct quantity of cigarette promotions are stamped. The Stamping Supervisor reports directly to the Stamping Manager.

Responsible for all areas related to inventory, including receiving, put away, and returns.

Responsible for understanding the inventory process and the research required when looking at inventory count discrepancies.

Responsible for the inventory and balancing of all tax stamps on a daily basis.

Responsible for goal setting, goal completion, SPP efficiencies, department morale, employee appreciation/recognition, etc.

Responsible for being able to run a stamping machine and case packer while understanding how all machines operate for minor adjustments and repairs. Also responsible for the upkeep and daily cleaning of all equipment.

Responsible for keeping the department clean and organized as well was maintaining company safety standards.

Responsible for the record keeping for all aspects of the department including SOX compliance.

Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High School Diploma/GED
Up to 6 months receiving, inventory, tax stamp handling work experience Preferred Qualifications 1+ yrs experience in cigarette stocking, inventory management and tax stamping process.
C-store related distribution related industry experience.
