Microsoft Ads is the economic engine driving monetization of search & consumer services across Microsoft and strategic partners. Without advertising, manufacturers and service providers would have no way to reach their potential consumers and the world as we know it would not exist. Within advertising, digital media now surpasses all other forms of advertising. Microsoft Audience Network is the monetization solution for Microsoft content experiences including Microsoft News, Outlook consumer service, Edge, and personalized newsfeed experiences. Microsoft Audience Network team is looking for a Senior Program Manager with excellent academic and industry track record to drive product innovation and global expansion for Microsoft Audience Network. This role requires a candidate with a strong technology background and experience in product management / program management. The ideal candidate will have advanced education in computer science or engineering, experience in product management for online products driving new product initiatives.

As a PM in this team, you would be in the driving seat of some of the highly advanced and visible products in the ad industry.

Your responsibilities include:

* Drive the product plan & roadmap for Microsoft Audience Network

* Drive in-depth industry landscape and competitive analysis

* Work closely with engineering teams to build out ad platform and ad products

* Quantify business impact and ROI of new products

* Work with go-to-market teams to launch new solutions to market

Qualifications:

* Advanced degree in computer science/engineering or related areas

* 5 years or more of software industry experience in PM/Product Management roles

Preferred:

* Strong technology product management experience driving products from definition to launch and successful customer adoption

* Successful track record in driving technical product strategy and customer engagements

* Good understanding of and experience in machine learning/AI technologies

* High motivation and entrepreneurial work ethic

* Direct experience in working with engineering teams to launch new technology products

* Resourceful self-starter with a track-record of driving action and results by working across disciplines and team

* Excellent communication and presentation skills
