Senior Finance Manager, WCB Controllership Team

In this Senior Finance Manager role in the WCB Controllership team, you will be involved in all aspects of financial management of Operating Expenses of Customer Success organization. You will engage directly with Customer Success leaders to plan, monitor and provide guidance on spending across their division. The job offers a good balance of business intelligence, partnership, and financial controllership.

Core Job Responsibilities:

* Finance Rhythms of Business: Drive Customer Success Finance ROB for target setting, budgeting, and forecasting. Develop a calendar in sync with the corporate and business timelines. Communicate required deliverables clearly and facilitate reviews and trade-off discussions with the Services leadership. Understand the strategy adopted by Services and maintain the financial hierarchies to mirror how the team views its business.

* Business Partnership: Effective collaboration with senior Customer Success leaders, HR & Staffing partners, and a diverse group of delivery & operations leaders, technical project leads, and business managers.

* P&L Analysis & Financial Modeling: Analyze Cogs & Opex results to understand performance against plan. Monitor trends and key levers, such as HC growth and vendor investment against plan/forecast assumptions. Perform ROI analysis for operations & delivery models. Recommend a course of action if risk is present.

* Financial Reporting: Publish executive-grade monthly financial summary highlighting risks and opportunities impacting bottom lines in a timely manner. Clearly communicate results and recommendations to senior business leaders. Automate and improve reporting processes as much as possible with the available resources & tools.

* Month End Close: Ensure monthly financial results are stated accurately and in accordance with GAAP. This includes preparation and posting of journal entries for expense accrual and reclassification. Ensure adequate internal controls are in place and audit guidelines are adhered to. Identify and implement process improvements as needed.

Requirements / Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or Finance work experience
* * Additional or Preferred Qualifications..
* 1+ years experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance
* 1+ years work experience in matrix-based organization.
* 1+ years work experience in the technology or software industry.
* Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Association of Certified Chartered Accountant
* (ACCA) or equivalent certification.
* Or equivalent experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
