Job Summary:

Puesto: Analista de tesorera y contabilidad

rea: Administracin y Finanzas.

Descripcin: Analista de tesorera y contabilidad. Se encarga de revisar peridicamente saldos bancarios y de inversiones, asegurando la correcta ejecucin del plan financiero de la compaa, conciliando adems las cuentas contables para asegurar la exactitud de la informacin financiera. Esta posicin tiene foco especfico en la conciliacin de ingresos por tarjetas de crdito y otros medios de pago. Prepara reportes financieros y contables, mantiene comunicacin con los bancos y entidades financieras. Colabora con el resto del equipo de Administracin y Finanzas para lograr los objetivos del rea y de la organizacin.

Reporta a: Coordinador de administracin y contabilidad.

Tareas y Responsabilidades:

* Conciliacin de ingresos por tarjeta de crdito y otros medios de pago.
* Revisin peridica de saldos bancarias y de las inversiones de la compaa
* Preparacin de reportes de flujo de fondos.
* Control y conciliacin de operaciones financieras, incluyendo inversiones, ingresos, cobros por tarjetas de crdito, pagos a proveedores, impuestos, entre otras.
* Anlisis de cuentas contables y Conciliacin de cuentas contables.
* Seguimiento de saldos a cobrar por ventas con tarjetas de crdito

Educacin / calificacin:

Conocimientos y estudios de contabilidad.

Estudiante de la carrera de Contador Pblico.

Manejo de herramientas Office (Excel y Word principalmente), correo electrnico e internet.

Habilidades / competencia:

Proactivo.

Planificacin y organizacin.

Trabajo en equipo.

Adaptable a un ambiente de constante cambio.

Experiencia:

Conciliacin de cuentas contables

Conciliaciones Bancarias y Tarjetas de crdito (excluyente)

Manejo de sistema ERP (no excluyente).

Position: Treasury and accounting Analyst

Area: Administration and Finance

Job description: Treasury and accounting analyst. It is responsible for periodically reviewing bank and investment balances, ensuring the correct execution of the company's financial plan, also reconciling the ledger accounts to ensure the accuracy of the financial information. This position focus in payment methods analysis reconciling credit cards collections. Prepares Financial and Accounting reports, maintains communication with banks and financial institutions. Collaborate with the rest of the Administration and Finance team in order to achieve the objectives of the area and the organization.

Reports to: Administration and Accounting Supervisor.

Supervises to: N/A

Task and responsabilities:

- Credit card collections and other payment methods reconciliation

- Periodic review of bank balances and company investments

- Preparation of daily cash flow reports.

- Control and reconciliation of financial operations, including investments, income, credit card charges, payments to suppliers, taxes, among others.

- Analysis and reconciliation of ledger accounts.

- Review and track AR balances with credit cards

Education / qualifications:

Accounting knowledge

Student or graduate of finance and accounting (Bachelors degree)

IT Office tools knowledge (Spreadsheets programs, Word processors), e-mail and internet.

Skills / competence:

Proactive.

Planification and organization.

Teamwork.

Adaptable to an environment of constant change.

Experience:

Reconciliation of ledger accounts

Bank Reconciliations and AR Credit Cards (exclusive)

ERP system management (not exclusive).

Workplace and environment:

DF Entertainment office (Live Nation Argentina)

Office and administrative area (workstation with PC Laptop).
