Job Description
KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Specialist to join our KPMG Spectrum practice.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day aspects of the operation and coordinating across various workstreams to keep team unified and aligned
* Management of PMO artifacts, including project planning, RAID logs, resource roster, etc
* Liaise with clients to ensure appropriate coordination on above items
* Governance model creation and maintenance
* Assistance in invoicing and billing
* Ensure Information Security risks are effectively managed in line with client expectations and work extensively with KPMG internal information risk and IT teams to apply appropriate standards
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree; Education or equivalent experience in sales, financial services, and/or banking
* Minimum of three years of recent experience in with shared services, managed services and/or PMO support type role
* Experience in banking is preferred
* Proven ability to deliver results in a high-performance environment
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
* Possess proven experience and a working knowledge of MS office- Excel, Word and Outlook
* Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
* Travel as required
