Job Description
KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Specialist to join our KPMG Spectrum practice.
Responsibilities:
* Team with key client business and IT users to provide functional subject matter expertise on Workday Solutions
* Be part of managed services support group providing level 2/3 production support and enhancement services which includes: troubleshooting and responding to break/fix requests, regression testing, upgrade support, configuration changes, report writing and design of Workday solutions
* Execute the day-to-day activities of Workday managed services engagements for a variety of clients including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
* Review business processes and advise clients on system services available within the Workday application; identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel
* Manage end to end project lifecycle to delivery projects on time
Qualifications:
* A minimum of three years client facing experience and possess SaaS HCM or Payroll Functional expertise
* Knowledge of some or all Workday functionality like Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Absence Time Tracking, Integrations, Security, Data Conversion or Payroll Services Core
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MIS from an accredited college/university is preferred
* Participation in an implementation of Workday HCM or Payroll and certification in HCM, Integration or Payroll, or ability to obtain certification within three months of hire
* Understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM and service desk management
* Experience in process reengineering, designing and implementing business performance management applications including budgeting, forecasting, planning, consolidation, and reporting
* Travel as required
* Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
