Job Title: Mechanic
Responsible for performing mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance on company fleet vehicles. This position is full time, benefit eligible and earn vacation. The pay Start at $20 per hour and actual pay rate is determined by relevant experience.
Essential Duties:
* Troubleshoot
* diagnose and complete repairs on all types of vehicles
* vehicles include dozers, loaders and pickups
* oil changes and brake jobs
* maintain tools
* keep a clean work area
Qualifications:
* Must have high school diploma or G.E.D
* Possess the ability to use the English language to communicate (both verbally and in writing) accurately and concisely on technical matters to external and internal customers
* Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings.
* Have a valid Driver's License.
* Experienced in industrial maintenance work.
* Ability to work independently
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to demonstrate proficiency in all of the above areas
* Ability to stoop, bend, manipulate tools in small spaces
* Ability to frequently lift and/or move varied objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Preferred experience
* 2 to 3 years PM repair experience
