The Marketing Technology & Operations Team is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to play an integral role in supporting Delta's Marketing campaigns. This role will work with the team to help gather requirements, support the design of data integrations, and help us uncover new opportunities to leverage how we use technology and automation.

The ideal Marketing Automation Specialist will be part savvy technologist, part analyst, and passionate about technology.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

High School diploma or GED equivalent

3 - 5 years' experience in marketing technology, IT, or a related field.

Leverage data and insights to drive optimization and results.

Support the ideation and delivery of transformative solutions that are aligned to

Delta best practices.

Support Marketing's instance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (formerly ExactTarget) through the building of data extensions, complex customer journeys, and other automations in support of Delta's marketing campaigns.

Leverage data and insights to drive optimization and results.

Highly self-motivated to deliver both independently and with strong team collaboration.

Strong project management and collaboration skills as well as prior experience managing multiple tasks and projects while adhering to deadlines is key.

Aptitude for learning new technologies and analytics techniques.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

Experience with email marketing platforms, Salesforce products, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Tableau, is preferred.
