Summary:

The ATM Specialist is responsible for the servicing of the ATM fleet in US and PR. Responsibilities include; daily reports, frontline inquires, placing service calls, settlement, cash replenishment, disputes and supporting ATM installations and projects. Specialist will also be responsible for making general ledger entries, researching and reconciling general ledger outages timely and partner with Accounting to communicate status of outstanding items to Management. Support department and organizational initiatives with a focus on providing quality service to internal and external members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Responsible for daily reporting, tasks, cash replenishment, dispute processing, general ledger entries, reconciliation and settlement
* Monitor for security alerts and initiate proper follow-up, including monitoring outside of business hours.
* Work with Manager to develop and execute initiatives that align with department operating plan and credit union goals
* Evaluate departmental processes and procedures.
* Identify opportunities, design, and implement process improvements
* Adhere to departmental procedures and controls to ensure BCU is within regulatory and security guidelines
* Responsible for the facilitation of ATM upgrades, routine maintenance checks, installations and de-installations
* Research any ATM issues from service centers and frontline teams to identify process and cost opportunities in addition to enhancing the member experience
* Assist in implementation of ATM strategy
* Responsible for managing the health of the ATM fleet and work closely with vendors to ensure SLAs are achieved
* Manage Locator Search and ensure its updated regularly
* Support additional functions as directed

Qualifications:

* College Degree or 2+ years of experience in related field preferred
* Ability to work independently or in a team environment
* Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills at any level within the organization
* Must be self-directed and motivated to complete repetitive tasks
