Commercial Development TeamAccount Manager

ADM Nutrition

This is a full time, exempt position

* Individuals participating in this program have the opportunity and ability to advance through the Nutrition Commercial Organization. Which includes pathways into Sales, Marketing and Business Management
* This team has a proven track record of exceeding sales goals, developing accounts and graduating team members into elevated roles within the organization
* This role requires strong leadership, forward-thinking, optimal communication skills and an ability to succeed in a team environment
* Individuals in this role will be an internal & external, customer champion who will be responsible for growing and developing their territory
* Specific responsibilities include:
* Working alongside ADMs customers to develop products that meet the demands of modern consumers
* Strategize around territory growth and analyze new business opportunities
* Represent an integrated portfolio of taste, texture, functional and nutritional ingredients
* Opportunity to drive growth at specific direct and distribution accounts, while also developing an understanding of Nutrition Industry
* Engage in routine training opportunities
* Participate in apprentice program
* ADMs Development Program is industry leading and located in Erlanger, KY (Cincinnati Metropolitan Area)

Qualifications:

* Bachelor degree in business, agricultural related or food science field
* 2-3 years of professional experience is preferred
* Strong analytical abilities, initiative and problem solving skills necessary to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
* Effective oral and written communication skills as well as ability to interface with various levels ADM
* Excellent project management, organization and presentation capabilities
* Must work autonomously and with a team
* Comfortable with occasional business travel
