Summary:

Job Family Summary

Build strategy for, inform and develop innovative, cutting edge diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a diverse, inclusive and inspiring workplace. Drive a deeper understanding and knowledge of diversity and inclusion concepts and the application of best practices through education, business consultation, strategic partnerships, diverse talent pipeline and leadership development.

Job Summary

Delivers innovative program and events aligned to Inclusive Excellence strategy. Creates and presents business cases and actionable recommendations to leadership based upon insights of the industry and environmental factors. Provides coaching to business partners to improve diverse representation and build inclusion. Advises business partners and leadership on results of key diversity and inclusion benchmarking, metrics and research.


Job Description:

Job Level Summary

* Requires working knowledge and experience in own job discipline and broadens capabilities.
* Continues to build knowledge of the company, processes and customers.
* Performs a range of assignments related to job discipline.
* Uses prescribed guidelines or policies in analyzing situations.
* Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.

Primary Accountabilities

* Advises leaders on the results of key diversity and inclusion benchmarking metrics and research.
* Provides linkage during business planning process to diversity and inclusion goals.
* Provide coaching to business to improve diverse representation and build inclusion.
* Reviews processes to ensure diversity and inclusion lens is applied to current practices.
* Delivers practical solutions to societal and community issues through innovative programming and events.
* Partners with internal and external orgs to accelerate Inclusive Excellence efforts.
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Business Resource Group program

Travel Requirements

* This position requires travel up to 10% of the time.

Specialized Knowledge & Skill Requirements

* Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
* Demonstrated experience working with leaders to understand business strategies and impact on people, policies and processes.
* Demonstrated experience counseling and consulting to guide strategic business decisions across multiple levels of management.
* Demonstrated experience analyzing data to draw meaningful conclusions and develop recommendations.
* Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a program leadership role, develop consensus from a diverse work group and influence others to action.
* Leads and manages programs and events from ideation to execution

* May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or may have accountability for on-going activities or objectives
* Strong knowledge of cultural frameworks, values and norms, understands the dynamics of cross-cultural relationships.
