Job Description

Responsible for providing general human resources support to the site, primarily in staffing, employee relations, and HR administration.Prior experience in PeopleSoft and/or SuccessFactors applications preferred.

Maintains accurate employee records and completes all necessary system entries as required. Acts as a site expert on all relevant HR systems. Streamlines and automates administrative processes. Completes HR data audits as required to ensure compliance and accuracy. Ensures confidentiality of all employee data.
Manages the hourly hiring and selection process to meet business needs and provide an appropriate mix of skills, talent, and diversity. Involved in sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting applicants.
Increases employee engagement and maintains positive employee relations by improving communication, resolving issues, and supporting employee development. Supports programs that improve employee relations/morale and promotes a professional, inclusive workplace.

Works with the site HR Leader to increase the understanding and consistent application of company policies. Identifies the need for new or revised policies; coordinates policy revisions and approvals. Observes and promotes adherence to all ethical and legal standards.

Maintains team leader and team member confidence and prevents the disclosure of confidential information. May conduct highly sensitive internal investigations into employee relations issues or other business matters as required

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or other related discipline and three or more years of experience in HR in a manufacturing environment required.
HR certification preferred.
