Develop, execute and deliver competitive and clearly defined learning strategies and programs for Truist Wealth, aligned to teammate needs, skills and abilities to promote engagement, career progression and opportunities for development throughout a teammate's career, across a diverse audience. Program development spans from New Hire, supporting all Truist Wealth Teammates, through retirement, with an emphasis on Managers and Advisors/Advisor Teams. Collaboration across all Truist Wealth Lines of Business is required to ensure that all firm initiatives are integrated into the learning strategy.
* ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Drive Managers' and Advisors' ability to achieve and elevate financial & performance expectations through teammate development and training programs, boot-camps & workshops, conferences, and New Hire to ensure a smooth integration of Truist processes, and the delivery of a consistent Ideal Client Experience. Programs are delivered through a variety of modalities and learning strategies that optimize technology to leverage scale and enhance teammate development.
2. Design and execute a Manager Development program to enable Managers/Sales Leaders to effectively recruit and attract diverse talent, help develop and support their advisors, and manage compliant and profitable teams.
3. Develop and align training strategy to Advisor Personas to provide relevant and timely solutions to client and business needs, including:
a. Establishing a standard of business practices centered on practice management philosophy to generate a consistent client experience, which evolve as the advisor's business evolves
b. Recognizing completion for advanced programs, which provide proof points of increased skills and knowledge, business growth progression, and investment in their personal development.
4. Administer Certification programs focused on core skills needed by advisors and managers to execute the Truist Wealth Client experience, aligned to the Truist Wealth Relationship & Advisory Process Model. This comprehensive and holistic approach includes, but is not limited to, integration of risk management, financial planning, designations, client segmentation, products and solutions, behavioral finance, and adherence and adoption of Truist Wealth Culture, all of which are delivered across a core, intermediate and advanced delivery strategy.
5. Manage Truist Wealth training programs, including strategy, rollout, consultative services, resource administration and support, communication strategy, roadshows, and teammate engagement. This is to ensure that programs are relevant, timely, and delivered so as not to disrupt, but enhance, productivity across Truist Wealth.
6. Manage Truist Wealth Development budget to maximize value and optimize training resources, both internal and external, by cultivating relationships with external product partners, consultants, speakers and industry experts, attending/sponsoring industry conferences and engaging in industry networks/organizations to gain relevant insights and represent the Truist Wealth Brand across the industry. Integrating both internal and external support will expand access to top content, reduce the burden of time/travel for teammates and increase efficiency to maximize value and minimize costs.
7. Partner with all Truist Wealth Lines of Business to support and optimize execution of learning strategies, and educate advisors and managers on operational enhancements to promote accuracy & efficiency.
8. Coordinate Teammate Engagement and Recognition Programs from corporate Performance Excellence Awards to LOB recognition programs; re-recruiting top talent strategies: recognition, special events, manager training; serve as a liaison between the LOB Inclusion & Engagement council and the Enterprise Inclusion Team.
9. Co-lead and manage the execution of the Truist Wealth Inclusion & Diversity strategy, focused across three key areas: Talent Development & Recruiting (Apply a more rigorous and bolder approach to increasing the representation of ethnically diverse teammates in senior level roles within Truist Wealth, Executive commitment to diverse interview panels, talent development, Manager education and training), External Engagement (Sponsor local market diverse networking and client event opportunities, Attend and/or sponsor external events that support inclusion and diversity), and Internal Engagement (Promote involvement across all Business Resource Groups in local markets; Host internal events with I&D focus). Build and manage the Inclusion & Diversity Working Group and Sub-Working groups to drive initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. College degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
2. FINRA Series 7, 66, 63 or 65, and 24 licenses.
3. 10+ years of Wealth Management experience; 7+ years of Training experience required
4. Strong understanding of learning theory and modalities.
5. Solid understanding of industry regulation and requirements as applicable to training needs.
6. Experience developing relationships and working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external to the firm.
7. Strong oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to speak in front of large audiences, as well as senior management executives.
8. Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, working both independently and with teams.
9. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, WebEx, Skype
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Prior Field experience preferred, but must have strong working knowledge of the industry and client-facing roles.
2. Strong understanding of practice management philosophy as relevant to the financial services industry.
3. Professional communications skills preferred.
4. Insurance license preferred.
