The senior sourcing consultant role is responsible for the delivery of staffing sourcing services to the Recruiting infrastructure. Concentration will be on candidates with more specialized or scarcer skills who are in higher demand and for whom the organization may face greater competition. This position is assigned to support business specific recruitment team leaders, allocation based on vacancy type, volume and complexity. The senior sourcing consultant is responsible for all methods of direct sourcing and fulfillment, and will be highly focused on savings achieved through direct to market strategies. This position will assist the recruiting organization in understanding the most effective method for defined candidate attraction requirements by building a greater market presence in external organizations (e.g., professional associations) and attending industry events, among others. He/she will personally network with potential candidate pools using advanced persuasion, negotiation and talent assessment skills to develop a favorable recruitment environment for the organization. Assists the recruiting organization in understanding the most effective method for defined candidate attraction requirements. Facilitates and manages the job candidate part of the requisition process with the recruiters, reviews resume/cv submissions screens and distributes candidate responses. Devises and executes complex solutions: Leverages recruiting and research expertise and extensive industry experience. Understands business dynamics including growth strategies, M&A divestitures, financials and products/services. Builds on existing strong relationships with Sr. Recruiter/Recruiting Manager and hiring managers to understand recruiting needs, map appropriate talent pools and keep talent pools current. Using long-standing relationships with significant contacts within the market, reach key talent and top candidates from ideal referral sources. Build compelling role descriptions that resonate in a senior market place. Screen and assess highly specialized candidates for positions that may represent significant drivers of financial success for the organization and make recommendations to senior recruiter and hiring managers on searches. Build strong research capability to facilitate execution of essential functions. Effective implementation of HR actions has direct impact on business success. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Advanced degree or certification. 2-4 years of progressive related experience with demonstrated knowledge of technical and legal aspects of HR.
