Seven (7) years of experience must include: utilizing Spring Boot and workflow frameworks including Camunda to define business processing; designing business processing model using Signavio; implementing solutions using Elastic Search and Kibana; implementing solutions using event driven architectures with Kafka, graph databases including Neo4j and REST APIs to develop applications; using software project management frameworks, including Maven, and code quality tools, including Sonar as part of SDLC; and Utilizing Spring batch frameworks and Spring integration framework, ORM framework including Hibernate frameworks, and TestNG. Leads and ensures proper execution of company wide project plans and performance requirements for all stages/phases through advice and influencing stake holders, clients and leaders of BNY Mellon's organization. This person is a subject matter expert in several of the tools/technologies used in the space. Leads the development infrastructure engineering growth strategies and initiatives. Leads initiatives to analyze complex infrastructure problems to be solved with advanced design. Leads the evaluation of the effectiveness of the organization's existing infrastructure technology and tools. Analyzes trends to develop strategy for the implementation of upgrades that will enhance the reliability, Resiliency and efficiency of the IT infrastructure. Provides leadership to execute project plans and performance requirements for all stages/phases through the management of human capital resources. Works closely with external vendor, internal partners and busienss teams to find solutions to major infrastructure and tool problems. Provides input into the selection of vendors to assist with systems administration or application issues. Uses broad IT knowledge to direct strategy in ensuring infrastructure is designed to best accommodate the development and testing processes. Acts as escalation point for major incidents, leads and participates in their resolution. Leads strategy to increase automation across the organization. Contributes to the achievement of multiple teams' objectives Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree is beneficial 12-15 years of diverse experience in multiple areas of information technology required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
