Job Duties:
* As an Analyst working with sales & marketplace, consumer and digital data, you will be a key liaison with other functional partners across the organization.
* You will work closely with other members of the team and cross functionally with different partners to uphold data consistency and data quality metrics.
* You will ensure right users have right access to right data based on data classification and its sensitivity.
* You will work with key stakeholders to define and maintain robust data quality metrics and business metrics for these data sets to enable advanced data analytics.
* You will collaborate with other stakeholders to help create and implement processes and procedures for effective data collection and optimal processing.
* You will play a critical role in standardization of business terms, business rules, attribute definitions, entity definitions, standard calculation and summarization definitions for sales and marketplace data sets.
* You will work closely with third party suppliers for collection of sales and marketplace data and identify any opportunities for simplification and innovation.
* You will serve as a critical thinking partner with teammates and share business knowledge expertise.
Qualifications Include:
* You possess a bachelors degree; preferably in Business, Analytics, Marketing or Applied Mathematics.
* You have at least 1 year of relevant experience in the domain of data management and data analysis.
* You have a good understanding of sales and marketplace subject area and data sets which fall in this domain.
* You have a good working knowledge of programming languages like SQL or Python.
* You have a basic understanding of data warehousing concepts.
* You have a good understanding of project/program management methodologies like waterfall, agile.
* You have excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate with technical and non-technical partners.
