Ingot Maintenance Crew Leader
This position will be responsible to drive all maintenance activities in his/her shift.
* Get together with production crew leaders and prioritize unplanned jobs during theirs shift;
* Make sure an unplanned Work Order is assigned for each unplanned job;
* Execute all Preventive and Predictive follow-up assigned to theirs shifts;*
* Provide supervisory support during major shutdowns In-house activities ;
* Keep area housekeeping;
* Provide any feedback to Planners and TAs regarding unplanned jobs during theirs shift (thats going to help the critical analysis and root cause analysis;
* Execute EHS routines daily;
* Be part of maintenance audits;
* perform 1 critical Job audit per week;
* Attend monthly safety meeting;
