Do you want to make a large impact in your next role? Join CVS Health, a Fortune 5 company, as the Financial Analytics Advisor. Here, you will be a member of a highly focused, collaborative team, where you will be responsible for managing the financial performance of a complex set of drug pricing guarantees. You will develop a deep understanding of contract structure and associated responsibilities, restrictions, calculations, and rights. You will track the performance of these guarantees, developing plans to improve performance through adjusting drug pricing and other actions, and working cross-functionally to implement these plans.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership and business partners from finance, analytics, underwriting, operations, retail networks, and other groups to make and implement these crucial business decisions, working to improve the financial performance for both our organization and our clients.

Your experience will include translating business needs into analytic questions, and will ideally include experience in client/pharmacy benefits pricing or related healthcare jobs. To be successful, you will also use your ability to build predictive modeling, measure impact, identify trends and anomalies, draw conclusions from data, problem-solve and troubleshoot. Using these skills, you will enable a data driven approach to improve our performance.

Ideally, this position will be located out of our offices in Scottsdale, AZ. However, a remote/work from home arrangement may be considered.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years healthcare experience required.
- 5+ years with applied analytics using Excel & other business intelligence or reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications
- PBM industry experience strongly preferred
- Experience using other business intelligence or reporting
tools (e.g. SAS).
- Knowledge of PBM workflows, metrics, and
reporting.

Education
Bachelors Degree Required
