Motion Graphics Designer

Corporate Functions Marketing + Communications

As part of this team, youll play a key role in helping Accenture execute its strategy. Youll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.

YOUR ROLE: Motion Graphics Designer

They will help creative teams bring human stories to life through motion graphics and animations. They create assets for live-action videos and fully animated content with direction from the video and motion leads. The ideal candidate has the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and the flexibility to switch between them throughout the day.

Qualifications

YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in motion design and/or editing role
* Minimum of 6 months of POD team experience

SET YOURSELF APART: Preferred Skills

* Open-minded creativity skills
* Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, as well as other graphic design and motion graphics software (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Cinema 4D, etc.)
* Excellent English oral and written communications skills, and strong presentation skills
* Ability to work autonomously and independently
* Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
* Ability to be creative and technical while adhering to an existing style guide
* Detail-oriented, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Creative thinker, executive presence desired, be able to work with a variety of stakeholders, styles and functional groups
* Ability to present creative work to stakeholder group
* Natural Problem Solver

Professional Skills:

* Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
* Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
