You are

An Enterprise Architect that can support a large IT transformation across existing applications and environment. You define technical architecture and develop roadmaps, apply domain driven design and microservices architecture to translate service design to meaningful APIs that represent business capabilities. You understand overall vision and objectives and solve business problems using the right set of technical tools and processes. You develop data models, engineer business processes and apply emerging technologies such as AI, Blockchain and Predictive Analytics to define an enterprise solution. You ollaborate with other enterprise architects, data architects and cloud architects to define and document enterprise artifacts. You work with business stakeholders to identify new services and APIs that ensures consistency and integration with existing APIs and business capabilities.

Qualifications

You have:

* 10+ years professional experience
* 5+ years experience overseeing a technical portfolio team, designing and writing robust enterprise solutions and effective enterprise software, and overseeing multi-year architecture roadmaps, in a fast-changing environment with rapid release cycles
* Expertise in architecture modeling for major channels, mainstream development frameworks, with mainstream development and deployment tool chains, in web architecture and key technologies (JAVA, NODE JS, REACT JS, AWS, REDSHIFT, APIS), in database design and use in software applications, with open source practices, in test driven development and broader testing and QA concerns, in choosing and applying design patterns
* Leadership experience of projects working in software development lifecycle processes, including agile of a large team
* Effective leadership and collaboration inside and beyond the team with the ability to influence diverse and senior stakeholders effectively

Bonus points if you have:

* BS/BA Computer Science Degree
* Familiarity with DHIS2 or other open-source Health Information Systems
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, or Microstrategy)
* Experience with emerging technologies and prototyping
* Experience with TOGAF or similar architectural frameworks
* Experience working with International NGOs or in the public health sector
* Machine learning experience; identifying problems and selecting algorithms
* Experience in industry forums, interest groups, or blogging, and other broader industry engagement
