Job Description

We are growing rapidly and looking to add experienced Pega LSAs, SSAs, LBAs and BAs to join our team. We'll need you to have a strong understanding of the Pega 8 platform and demonstrated experience in hands-on solution architecture and end-to-end application design.

We can hire for this role anywhere in the US, as long as you are located near an Accenture office.

Racking up those air miles will have to wait, as weekly non-essential travel to client sites Monday through Thursday is currently suspended. For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Key Responsibilities for SSAs, LSAs may include:

* Integrate multiple technologies using Pegasystems
* Architect, design, and develop advanced Pega enterprise applications
* Manage technical project team members (onshore and offshore)
* Optimize solutions by performing detailed technical designs and code and design reviews
* Map functional requirements to Pega features and functionality
* Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery
* Mentor junior team members in Pega technology best practices
* Manage offshore resources and provide technical specs to developers

Key Responsibilities for BAs, LBAs may include: Process analysis, reengineering, optimization

* Map functional requirements to Pega features and functionality
* Requirements management: elaboration, analysis, documentation and traceability
* Manage backlog prioritization, backlog health, story review
* Maintain traceability of value drivers, business requirements to epics, features, stories
* Facilitate Pega design sessions with business and other stakeholders with informed POV
* Support application build and test
* Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery
* Mentor junior team members in Pega technology best practices

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

* Minimum of 2 years of Pega development/architecture experience
* Minimum of 3 years total of hands-on technical experience in design, development, architecture, solutioning
* Minimum of 2 years of Agile project experience
* Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Preferred Qualifications

* Possess certifications for your role: CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect), LSA (Lead System Architect, CBA (Certified Business Architect, etc)
* Consulting or client service delivery experience
* Multiple software development life cycle (SDLC) experience
* Management of technical development teams
* Specialization in functional area (CRM, deployment, etc.) or industry domain expertise

Professional Skill Requirements

* Experience creating enterprise wide applications
* Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
* Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
* Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent leadership and management skills.
